Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 2 week of purchase. If the products are pre-made they may ship as early as the next day.

Canada: Letter-mail orders ship for free, however there is no tracking and Bothwell Pets is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders. We do recommend upgrading shipping to include tracking at checkout.

USA: We offer flat rate shipping on all orders for $7.95 CAD, orders over $35 CAD ship free. All orders have tracking.
​
Everywhere Else: We offer flat rate shipping on all orders for $22.95.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges. However the customer must reach out to us within 2 weeks of purchase and the products must be in the original condition.
