Shipping Days

  • Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding holidays).

Order Processing

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Most items ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Ship within 2 weeks of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Options

  • Canada:

    • Free shipping: Oversized Letter-Mail (no tracking, delivery not guaranteed). 

    • Free tracked shipping on orders over $100 CAD.​

  • USA:

    • Orders over $35 CAD ship free.

  • International:

    • Free tracked shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges!

  • Please contact us within 2 weeks of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
