Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes! In fact there are a number of stores carrying Bothwell Pets' products. Please contact us via e-mail to get wholesale prices.

Are your products pet safe?

Yes! All our products are pet safe. We do recommend that all products be used under supervision. Any damaged products should be removed from the animal immediately. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure safe interaction so no harm can come to the animal or property.

Are you taking custom orders?

At this time we are no longer taking custom orders. We do however make exceptions for large orders or wholesale orders. Please contact us via email if you have a special request. hello@bothwellpets.ca

Where is my order?

All international orders contain a tracking number. Orders in Canada will only have tracking if you upgraded shipping at checkout. If you need help please email us at hello@bothwellpets.ca
